Return Policy

Returns

Our return policy applies up to 60 days from the date of purchase. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it..To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To return a product, first contact sales@hitobonsai.com 


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow a few business days for returns to process after confirmation of refund. 


Normal Use

All bonsai pots may develop wear and tear over time. These include, but are not limited to, scratches; dents; cracks; stains; discoloration; mineral build-up, or other such impairments. We cannot accept returns or refunds for pots that develop these type of issues. Material performance-related issues, such as a part breaking from expected use, may fit conditions for return or refund. Such issues are encouraged to be reported as performance-related feedback and opportunities for product improvement. Please begin by first contacting sales@hitobonsai.com and include description of the issue(s), how it occurred, and any supporting images.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. It is recommended you obtain a shipping tracking ID. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
